		<description>Wasn&#039;t that the purpose for founding of the Federal Reserve to help the Banks? Federal Reserve sure ain&#039;t help&#039;n me and my savings. Obviously, the founding was not too prevent a Great Depression or future depressions. As long as all boats are floating, no problems, right.</description>
